為響應「5.31 世界無煙日」， @戒煙保健會將於6 月6日喺#星皓廣場舉辦「澳門“戒煙日” 36周年嘉年華 2026」！今年主題為「戳穿誘惑：對抗尼古丁和煙草成癮」，透過連串輕鬆又有益嘅互動活動，鼓勵大家齊齊為家人與社區建設一個清新無煙嘅健康環境！

現場將會有豐富嘅知識分享同實用體驗，包括實用健康生活分享、深入淺出嘅中醫養生講座，以及「吸煙與肥胖」脂肪測試同眼部視力篩查等免費專業健康檢測服務，等你同家人可以全方位提升健康認知！當然唔少得大人細路都鍾意嘅攤位遊戲，通過遊戲建立正確嘅健康觀念！

活動完全免費入場! 今個星期六，一於帶埋家人朋友嚟星皓廣場擁抱更健康嘅無煙新生活！

To mark "World No Tobacco Day" , Smoking Abstention and Good Health Association is bringing the "36th Macao 'Quit Smoking Day' Carnival 2026" to NOVA Mall on June 6! Under this year’s theme, "Exposing the Allure: Countering Nicotine and Tobacco Addiction" , the event features a series of fun and informative activities designed to inspire everyone to build a fresh, smoke-free, and healthy environment for our families and community!

The carnival will be packed with insightful health tips and practical wellness experiences. Highlights include essential healthy living showcases, easy-to-understand traditional Chinese medicine wellness talks , and free professional health screenings such as "Smoking & Obesity" body fat testing and eye exams , so you and your family can gain a well-rounded understanding of your health! And of course, there will be interactive game booths that both kids and adults will love, helping everyone build healthy habits through play!

The event is completely free of charge ! This Saturday, bring your family and friends to NOVA Mall and embrace a healthier, smoke-free lifestyle together!
